Senior Project Engineer ROV Aberdeen   £80,000-£90,000 + relocation

Our client, a Global provider to the offshore Oil & Gas industry is looking to appoint a new Senior Project Engineer based in Aberdeen.

The role is responsible for all Planning and Implementation of the ROV System upgrades.

Normally based within the ROV Technical Team and office facilities within the company's Aberdeen facilities, however travel offshore and overseas as and when required to undertake the duties of the role.

Overview of all regional ROV systems specifications

Evaluate system status and recommend system upgrades

Planning of system upgrades, costs and timescales

Assembly of engineering works package for workshop and technical

Produce and maintain project plans to monitor progress and cost control

Assemble final as built drawings, and technical support manual on completion of upgrades

Identification and integration of new products available for ROV systems

Conduct offshore or overseas visits to assist with the upgrade of ROV systems

Conduct system factory acceptance tests and provide support data

Experience will include:

Extensive and in depth working experience with ROV Systems offshore.

Knowledge of offshore legislation.

Working knowledge of all types of ROV Systems used by the Company.

Specialist in one discipline, either electrical or mechanical.

Microsoft Office Suite, competent user.
