>> To undertake HR administration and support duties in relation to the provision of an effective HR Support service to the HR & OD Team and Services of the Council.
- To undertake HR systems support duties including providing advice to
Services on HR policies and procedures in relation to data maintenance and development, e.g. post establishment maintenance, post authorisation, modernisation reviews and Service restructures, equal opportunities monitoring etc.
- To assist in the provision of an effective information systems support service to HR including research and provision of statistical information.
- To assist in the tidy-up of data held within Employee Management Information System (EMIS).
- To assist in the updating and development of HR Support procedures
