We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to be based on site with our high profile Glasgow based client.
This position is a Fixed Term Contract until December 2013
Providing support to the Site Management team the main duties will include:
Greeting visitors to the site
Carrying out site inductions ensuring all required Health and Safety paperwork is completed
Issue security passes
Place orders for site materials
Process orders and proof of deliveries
Code purchase orders/proof of deliveries for submitting to accounts department
Attend and minute site meetings
Diary management Preparation of on-site meeting rooms
Issue and print drawings as requested
Arrange site visits
This is a busy and demanding role and the successful applicant will have a strong Administrative background who is very organised and has the ability to multi task. You must also be proficient in the use of MS Office and particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
