The British Red Cross helps vulnerable people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.

We are recruiting a learning and development adviser to join a successful retail team which generates £6 million profit each year through the shops.

The postholder will cover a large geographical area and will be responsible for designing and delivering retail learning and development solutions and advising retail field managers and shop teams on all aspects of learning and development.

You will bring with you a range of experience of designing, organising and delivering training, and producing training resources, of coaching and of implementing policy and procedures. You will also have experience of the retail sector and of the key people management issues ideally within a charity retail environment.
