Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading contact centre based in the Falkirk area.
This role will involve communicating with customers over the telephone in order to promote services and products, resolve and assist with general queries and provide customers with a first class service.
The desired candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport, have a passion for working with people and be able to work as part of a team, and on your own.
