Our client, a leading financial services organisation are actively seeking a Relationship Manager to join their thriving and growing team in Stirling. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships with customers by explaining pension and retirement options in a transparent, tailored and simple way, to deliver a best-in-industry service.
· Build relationships with customers by providing complex information in a transparent and simple way, to educate them on their options in a tailored and compliant manner
· Use strong knowledge to provide a tailored customer experience that is market leading focusing on dealing with customers through their journey
· Manage end to end customer relationship, from first point of contact to customer illustration and point of purchase, to maximise retention and customer experience.
· Understand the customer needs and tailor the level of service
· Ensure appropriate focus is applied to each of the relevant areas
· Fully adhere to T&C scheme with paperwork proactively updated in line with T&C requirements
· Identify process breakdowns and suggest ideas and solutions to improve service delivered to customers
· Record and track all customer interactions through the customer operating systems to ensure the delivery of accurate MI
· Provide a proactive contact experience engaging with customer at key decision points, using appropriate communication
· Handle inbound call demand
· Understand and communicate the customer process to enable the correct handling of inbound customer calls
· Act as a role model to improve the level of customer experience being delivered by piers
· Maintain knowledge of product, internal processes and industry best practices to be provide a strong customer experience
· Proactively assist customers through legislative changes to provide a compliant service
Candidate:
· Previous experience within a financial services customer service/relationship management role
· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
· Experience of working within a targeted environment
· An ability to adapt your conversational style to suit customer needs
· Strong objection handling skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
· Proven questioning and listening skills
· A determination to succeed

Hours of work are between 8 am and 8 pm Monday – Friday (35 hours per week) with 2 Saturdays per month 9 am – 1 pm.
