An Investment Manager is required to support the activity of a UK wide private equity fund. They will be expected to learn how to execute and manage investment deals and develop their own regional network in Scotland to assist with investment origination activity. Key Performance Indicators will be:
- Creating a valued network in Scotland to support both investment and the reputation of the fund
- Compliance with Fund policies
- Successful deals made
- Performance of investments
- Ensuring that appropriate investments are identified and proposed to the investment committee to meet Fund objectives
- Negotiation of appropriate terms of investment for the Fund
Personal Specification
- 1-6 years Private Equity or Corporate Finance experience
- Positive track record of analysis and commercial insight
- Ability to develop new skills and contribute to a team
- Excellent communication skills with proven track record of managing external and internal stakeholder
- Strong connections to Scotland with a live and active network for deal-flow and promotion of the fund
