Hudson has a permanent opportunity for a Multi–Skilled Shift Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer - for its growing client in central Scotland. 

This role is ideally suited to a mechanically minded multi-skilled maintenance engineer that has a demonstrable background in working in a manufacturing environment working on plant from both a mechanical and basic fault finding electrical perspective. 

Demonstrable maintenance engineering experience on typical manufacturing plant such as hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, circuits, diagnosis, 3 phase, mechanical installations and mechanical equipment is required to be successful in this position. 

The role will involve a wide range of maintenance tasks on the production plant to ensure continuous reliability and performance. Prompt response to plant emergency and breakdown situations is essential, as well as maintenance and repair (planned) and proactive development of effective working practices in-line with continuous improvement. 

The preferred candidate is expected to be a time-served engineer that has a demonstrable manufacturing maintenance background.
