Allstaff Glasgow are looking for an experienced administrator for our client in Glasgow. You will be working between Purchasing and Technical departments and must have experience of a similar role. Excellent Microsoft Office skills are required with good communication skills. 

Our client is a manufacturer of windows and doors and experience working in this environment is desirable. 

Duties;

- Processing technical information from drawings

- Liaise with Production on job specifications, costings, figures and timescales

- Process information on to speadsheets

- Run reports

 - Assist purchasing with general invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes
