We are urgently seeking customer focused individuals to work in a world leading Contact Centre in Larbert, handling incoming calls from existing customers and answering general enquiries. These are permanent positions with a salary of £13000 per annum and excellent opportunities for progression within a Global company.If you are experienced in dealing with the public, can work shifts which vary between 8am - 11pm Monday - Sunday and have good computer skills then this may be the ideal opportunity for you. The role is inbound customer service for a Global entertainment and telecommunications organisation will involve handling incoming calls from existing customers and answering general enquiries in relation to customer packages. Candidates will ideally have a call centre and / or a strong customer service background.
