Our client: 5* luxury serviced apartments and penthouses within one of the most prestigious postcodes in Edinburgh. Privately owned firm who own a few other properties in Scotland and are continually growing and are seeking an experienced professional to join the team and grow with the business.

Job role: Reporting directly into the Group Head of Operations on a continued basis your position is to run this beautiful residence and all staffing to ensure the smooth running for all guests within this high level property.

You will be managing all staff, ensuring the residence is running to the exceptional standard, profit and loss, accounts and budgets, meeting with senior staff, meeting and greeting guests and pushing the team to success and profit year on year.

Requirements: 5* hospitality experience is an essential along with having exceptional high standards for your residence and all staff and be able to motivate and develop your team and have a flexible attitude due to the level of this position you will be first port of call for all staff and operations levels. You will be hands on and have the ability to drive and challenge your team for to generate more room sales and develop the business.

Working within the hospitality industry flexibility is essential for this opportunity along with having the right, "Can do" attitude.
