Grade: Grade 6 £19,293 - £21,120
Hours: 35 hours per week

Montgomerie House, Kilwinning

What is the Role?
To promote all aspects of sustainable waste management and assist in the administration, development and implementation of waste and recycling services for the Council.

What will you do?

Attend and deliver education and promotion programmes to all stakeholders, liaise with individuals and organisations and contribute to service delivery and the achievement of Council policy. Work with Council systems and procedures to assist in service change requirements developed to meet Zero Waste targets.

What do you need to bring to the Role?

3 O'Levels, Standard Grades or equivalent, experience of liaising with a range of stakeholders and an understanding of waste management policy and legislation. The ability to procude and deliver presentations on Microsoft Powerpoint or similar electronic media along with good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to travel throughout North Ayrshire.
