An opportunity has arisen for a strong administrator to join our team as a Business Support Advisor.

Key elements of the role include:

• Maintain up to date computer records of Finance Agreements and associated products sold to customers.
• Provide strong support to Area Sales Managers
• Handle telephone enquiries and queries
• Complete all office duties i.e. typing, reception, answering telephones, filing, faxing, emailing
• Ensure all required paperwork is issued.
• Maintain tables and lists as required by the profit centre
• Ensure that administration is in line with regulatory requirements and company expectations
• Ensure all business is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and company expectations
• Perform and develop role in accordance with the company's requirements

A background in finance may be beneficial for the role but is by no means essential, more important is the willingness and flexibility to work as part of our small, friendly team.
