Our client, a major global financial services institution has commissioned us to recruit a Head of Service Centre to manage both the internal operations and on-going development of their client experience programme.

The successful candidate will be charged with developing my clients already highly regarded client experience centre that services their most valued clients. The role will encompass all aspects of operational, strategic and commercial management and requires a high calibre individual with experience of leading developments in similar environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

*People Management and Leadership - a team of direct and indirect reports
*Process Improvement - Continuous development of a leading client experience,
technical and operational
*Stakeholder Management - Liaising with a range of people on a global level
*Change Management - Delivering growth and improvement across the business

We are seeking a candidate with experience in the above areas who can bring their skills and experience to help my clients development. You will need demonstrate a track record of delivering successful client experience improvement programmes and a strong commercial mind set. Your experience could be from a range of backgrounds although Financial Services would be preferable.
