Search Accountancy & Finance are recruiting into the role of Compliance, Audit and Review Manager for a Public Sector organisation based in Edinburgh. Within this bespoke role, your responsibilities will encompass four major areas; Compliance, Audit, Efficiency and Staff Management. Being a senior figure within the business, you will provide leadership and direction to staff and ensure that ensure that resources are managed in accordance with budget priorities.
With a proven track record in organisational accountability and governance, it is vital that the successful incumbent can demonstrates previous experience of managing an audit function wihtin a public body and possess experience of effective management of audit, reveiw and/or risk. In possession of a recognised Accountancy qualification, you must have the nous to work using your own initiaitve and effectively managing a small team.
