Analyst Glasgow   £Excellent plus benefits

Glasgow based multinational has a requirement for an experienced Analyst to join their high profile team. You will prepare and maintain detailed economic and financial appraisals of development projects and provide analytical support to the Project Managers and the wider business. Duties and responsibilities will include

Preparing detailed valuations of development projects and acquisition opportunities to support investment decisions, business plans and budget

Develop an understanding and an ability to challenge key project and business assumptions

Develop a detailed understanding of cost base and development potential and generate cost models for consultants and JV partners

Develop an understanding of complex joint ventures and tax structures

Assist in the delivery of acquisition investments

Coordinate due diligence work, managing the input of multi- discipline teams

Support the monthly reporting process

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified CA/ACA ideally coming from or having operated within a Big 4 accountancy practice. This role faces off to external, advisors, joint venture partners and senior management so it’s essential you have the ability to communicate at all levels and develop lasting relationships. You will also have excellent analytical and modeling skills with the ability to design and construct complex integrated financial models.
