Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Location: Craigton Road, Kilbirnie
What is the Role? To provide clerical support, covering a range of tasks.
What will you do?
You will enter and retrieve data from a range of computerised or manual systems, minute taking and produce basic statistics. You will also deal directly with queries from colleagues and customers who may be either internal or external, through telephone, written or face to face contact.
What do you need to bring to the Role?
You should have three Standard Grade qualifications in English, Maths and Office Information or equivalent, experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages and minute taking experience. You should also work well as part of a team and be willing to undertake additional training.
