Reporting directly to the Director of the business this role is a new position and therefore open to varying levels of experience to either assist the Director with tender enquiries or as an experienced Estimator manage all the enquires taking full responsibility for all Estimating for the building division. Either way you will benefit from first hand direction as required or as an experienced Estimator having the ability to influence decisions as appropriate.
The right candidate should be an experienced building Estimator with extensive refurbishment experience within a regional sized business with the ability to price projects from £500K up to £5-6M in value including schools, hospitals, universities and commercial new builds and refurbishment works.
