Corporate Actions Analyst Glasgow   £100 per day

My client is a World known Investment Service and Asset provider with a strong presence and commitment in Glasgow and is currently looking for several Corporate Action Team Leaders. These excellent opportunities will suit experienced Corporate Action specialist who have had some exposure to staff management.

The role holder will have responsibility for processing Mandatory Corporate Action events across all business streams in all International markets, except Asia Pacific (APAC), from start to finish. The role holder will be responsible for checking initial notification which has gone out to clients is correct, reconciling positions across all business streams for each file and booking relevant out-turn trades.

Specific Duties:

You will lead and delegate appropriate tasks ensuring that all corporate actions are processed in highly detailed driven manner.

• Essentially you will provide assistance to management in the organisation, training and running of the team, whilst identifying and resolving any issues

• Delivering client requirements, whilst working closely with other Asset Servicing departments to ensure accurate corporate actions from your team.
