Hudson’s Client, an organisation based in Falkirk are currently seeking a purchase ledger assistant to join their finance department. Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience in a similar role. Particular experience of dealing with invoices in a fast paced environment would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities include:
· Processing a high volume of invoices
· Ensuring correct coding for all invoices
· Matching invoices to purchase orders
· Processing payment runs
· Statement reconciliations
