Job title: Admin Support
Rate: £12 per hour
Contract length: 6 months
We are currently recruiting for an Administration Support Assistant to join one of our highly reputable, Banking and Financial Services Clients.
Key competencies required for this position are:
Knowledge and experience of the processes involved in projects involving joiners/movers/leavers (JML)
Experience of all systems relating to the JML process : RACF, UIM, Guard and CWS
Have an understanding of both the administration of these systems and the reporting
Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Work, Excel )
Experience of working in a team environment
High level of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work
Good level of interpersonal and communication skills
Maintenance of quality relationships where professionalism and confidentiality are critical
