The successful candidate will be accountable for :-
·Configuration, administration and maintenance of business critical servers and network infrastructure including file, email, database and web servers, firewalls, network security and domains.
·Delivering infrastructure improvement projects, working closely with Network Manager to define, plan and deliver agreed solutions within agreed budgets and timescales.
·2nd line support services and problem resolution for network and server systems within defined Service Level Agreements. This includes clear communication of the fix applied utilising best practice and knowledge sharing to reduce the number of issues raised.
·The day to day maintenance of the Companies WAN voice and data network
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required.
