PRG are currently recruiting for a temporary qualified accountant for a large company based in the Glasgow area.
The main duties of this role will involve assisting the finance director with various ad hoc projects and tasks and you will be responsible for general accounts production with a focus on month end accounts and budgeting and forecasting. You will also be involved in looking at current reporting processes and make any recommendations for improvements. Strong Excel skills are required.
Due to interaction with non finance staff, strong communication skills are essential.
The role will pay up to £175 per day and is expected to last for a minimum of 6 months.
