Compliance Co-ordinator Hamilton   £DOE

We have an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the Technical Department of Finsbury Food Group based at Lightbody of Hamilton.

Duties will include checking raw material specifications, auditing finished product against specification, maintaining product and process control information,  and conducting audits of current systems against BRC and customer standards.

Applicants should be educated to HND or degree level, ideally in Food Science,  excellent communication skills, experience of Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of BRC and auditing.
