We currently have a vacancy for an ambitious and innovative individual to join the Development Team of Finsbury Foods based at Lightbody Hamilton.
As Innovation Chef you will be responsible for driving the business into the future trends, category insight and understanding of the site’s capabilities to deliver innovation that demonstrates to our customers that we are leading the market in our category.
You will be responsible for identifying the future opportunities for the site using the trends and category data to deliver innovation. You must be able to start a new concept and translate it into the production area as well as continually fill the pipeline of innovation working at least 1 year ahead of the opportunity.
It is essential for applicants to have strong, extensive bakery experience coupled with excellent knowledge of cake manufacturing and process. You should be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, be self-motivated and be PC literate. A driving license would be desirable.
