Mechanical Estimator Glasgow

Search Construction are looking to recruit a Mechanical Estimator to work within the M&E division of a leading commercial building contractor.

They have already secured a large element of their budget for next year through frameworks & repeat business & are forecasting healthy growth both north & south of the border.

It is essential that you have a strong background in mechanical estimating & that you can estimate from first principles & have experience of also working on schedule of rates frameworks. You will be comfortable with doing take-offs & obtaining costs from sub-contractors & suppliers.

An analytical approach and excellent time management skills are imperative to the role.
