Land & Fleet Services, Forrest Street, Blantyre South Lanarkshire Council is looking for an experienced, movitated, committed and enthusiastic manager to lead our Fleet Services. You will lead a team of managers responsible for the provision of the Councils Special Education Needs transport requirements, the management of a large Council Fleet and the provision of a workshop facility. You will be professionally qualified with proven skills in a commerical environment where customer focus is a priority. You should possess a thorough knowledge of Fleet Management and the appropriate legislative requirements and have the ability to identify opportunities for improvements to provide Value for Money for the Council. You will be subject to a criminal records check provided through Disclosure Scotland.
