Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant for a maternity cover

Client Details

Description

  • Analysis and entry of employee expenses
  • Assisting with sales and purchase ledger
  • Assist with payroll
  • Bank reconciliations including International accounts
  • Assistance with month and year end duties
  • Maintenance of various financial spreadsheets for project managers
  • Data entry
  • General admin duties
  • Petty cash reconciliations
  • Company credit cards
  • Intercompany transactions

Profile

  • HNC/HND or minimum of 2 years working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 would be beneficial
  • Previous experience with payroll would be beneficial
  • Previous experience with multiple currencies would be beneficial
  • Competent user of MS Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Quick learner who knows when to ask for guidance
  • Must be fluent in English as this is our working language
  • Must have the legal status to be able to work in the UK
