Based in Edinburgh, we are a small manufacturing company and specialist supplier to the Brewing and Distilling Industry. We are currently recruiting for a part time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant working 20 hours per week. General responsibilities and duties are:
- Daily preparation of invoices, booking deliveries with Fedex
- Sales Ledger credit control, processing and chasing payments
- Processing of goods received notes and works orders for stock control
- Processing of purchase invoices and supplier payments
- Filing and general admin
- Cover other duties as time and experience allows
Applicants should be organised and have good numeracy and communication skills, experience with Sage 50 Accounts, and the flexibility to work as part of a small team. Hours are 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday, though some flexibility is allowed. Hourly rate £9.00 to £11.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
