Experienced Bookkeeper in the construction industry.
Providing assistance to the Financial Controller of a company.
Experienced in Sage. Be able to start a new accounts department within the business.
Be able to deal with Payroll, CIS, VAT.
Day to day duties will include:
-Maintaining all aspects of purchase ledger, ensuring the integrity of data inputting.
-Taking full ownership for resolving problems with supplier invoices in a timely fashion
-Reconciling supplier statements
-Processing Bacs payments for suppliers and expenses
-Maintaining accurate petty cash records.
The company operate a structured appraisal system and look to encourage and motivate staff to perform at a high level.
You will need a positive attitude as well as the ability to work well as part of a team.
