Due to the growth of our company we now have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join our busy team based in Midlothian.
The Bookkeeper will have previous experience covering everything from processing invoices and trial balances to payroll using Sage. The successful applicant will have a varied workload and on a day to day basis their responsibilities will include;
· Using Xero software.
· Management of sales ledger and credit control
· Daily bookkeeping.
· Invoice processing.
· Processing payroll.
The applicant will also work with our Accountants on the preparation of management accounts and will monitor company cash-flow requirements. The applicant should have excellent communication skills as will be required to speak to a variety of clients on a regular basis. Experience of Sage Payroll and Xero would be advantageous
