Bookkeeper required for busy Perth office.  Must have 2 years experience in SAGE 50 accounts and SAGE payroll.  Experience in a similar roll would be an advantage.  The position involves

  • Weekly payroll and all submissions to HMRC
  • Processing CIS payments weekly, verification and submissions to HMRC on line monthly
  • In put of purchase invoices, reconciling monthly, processing payments
  • Sales invoicing, credit control
  • Bank reconciliation
  • VAT returns
  • Monthly management accounts and journals
  • Detailed spreadsheet update
  • Producing monthly reports to Directors

The successful candidate must be able to manage own work load and be fastidious in all aspects of this position.
