Reed Accountancy are seeking a Office Manager to join our new venture client based in Renfrewshire. The firm offers a competitive salary between 30,000 to 35,000.

Duties will include:

* Processing purchase invoices on Sage
* Preparing supplier payment runs
* Raising and sending sales invoices
* Arranging timely payment of sales invoices
* Payroll processing
* Assisting with Management Accounts information
* Assisting with VAT Returns
* Petty cash control
* Arranging meetings
* Dealing with enquiries via telephone and email
* Minute taking/Board minute taking
* Maintaining filing system
* Ordering stationary
* Company Secretarial administration

Person Specification -

* Proven ability to work within a busy environment and meet frequent deadlines
* New Venture experience would be advantageous
* Good communication skills (written & oral)
