Temporary Credit Controller - Part Time West Lothian   11.80 per hour

Temporary 4 Month Contract

My Client is a successful manufacturing organisation based in the West Lothian area. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Credit Controller to support them on a temporary basis estimated to last for 4 months.

You will be based within an established accounts team and fully responsible for credit control activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for conducting credit checks on customers
  • Create and issue invoices for customers when goods are shipped
  • Perform weekly analysis
  • Contact customers by email and telephone to chase overdue payments
  • Raise and issue monthly customer statements
  • Process any refunds and payments against customer accounts
  • Produce letters of credit and bank guarantees when required
  • Support with month end duties and deadlines

To be considered for this position, Candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous experience of working within a similar credit control position
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good IT systems including Microsoft Excel
  • Candidates must be looking to work on a part time basis and provide flexibility as required, able to commit to the full contract duration
