Role Overview

The position reports to the Director - Financial Planning and Analysis [FP&A].  The position will focus on the integrity of the information required for meaningful analysis across the Systems Business Unit [SBU].  It will work closely with accounting, finance, engineering, product management, operations and commercial teams in the assessment of the DFS System Business unit. 

Position Responsibilities:

•             Provide leadership and direction to product line teams and support business planning and analysis needs for the SBU

•             Provide department level planning and analysis support for global functions

•             Willingness & ability to gather, test & scrub data sets for use in financial models

•             Create or improve operational efficiencies by process improvement and automation of source data flow through financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

•             Work closely with teams across all departments on projects to establish operational and reporting requirements, identify relevant resources and tools, and push projects to completion

•             Reporting of financial results to Dover Fuelling Solutions’ management teams

•             Some international travel required

Qualification Requirements:

•             Minimum 5 years previous financial analysis experience

•             Must have clear and effective communication skills.

•             Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

•             Ability to work with complex Excel models

•             Experience with Oracle or other modern ERP’s

•             Proven ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment

•             CPA (optional), CFA (optional), MBA (optional)

•             HFM experience (optional)

•             Khalix experience (optional)
