Private Client Banking Executive
As a Private Client Banking Executive based in our busy Glasgow Office, we'll depend on you to deliver an expert transactional banking service to your high net worth clients using multi channel communications, including telephone, email and letter. Maximising client satisfaction, you'll own all of your client queries, acting as the main point of contact for all of their short term banking requirements. You role is all about doing the right thing for our customers, gaining their trust and confidence, as well as establishing a clear and precise picture of their needs and ambitions.
Barclays Private Clients provides specialised wealth planning and investment-led services, designed to help clients understand and manage their financial goals. In this role, you'll receive and action multi channel, multi currency requests and be proactive in achieving set personal and business objectives. To service our clients efficiently, we work on a shift basis which predominantly supports core hours, but does include occasional early and late starts, and also weekends.

As a Private Client Banking Executive, your main responsibilities will involve:
*Providing transactional banking expertise to your client portfolio, being their go to person on private banking matters
*Owning all client queries through to completion, via a number of communication methods
*Maintaining accuracy and quality levels at all times in order to facilitate client satisfaction and avoid sundry losses.
*Ensuring that quarterly external surveys are conducted and that clients are invited to feedback on their service experience.
*Responsibility for the reporting of all risk events and complaints
*Proactivity in identifying opportunities to improve current procedures and ways of working to the benefit of our clients.
As a Private Client Banking Executive, your skills and qualifications will include:
*Experience of providing an excellent service to your customers/clients
*The ability to handle data in large quantities, in a variety of formats, used to satisfy client requirements.
*An understanding of the importance of meeting and exceeding client expectations
*Strong communication skills, as the communication demands of the role are high, so the role holder will have excellent written and verbal communications skills to deliver against our commitment to providing a world class service and drive our dedication to the client experience.
*Being a strong negotiator with influencing skills to ensure the best service possible is provided to our clients.
*A strong level of computer literacy and proficient keyboard skills
