Change Lead required for the Finance Shared Services Centre of this global corporate
Based in Glasgow, this is a newly created role with responsibility effectively leading elements of the change program across multiple finance related workstreams’ to achieve the Centre’s business goals and deliver and embed change incorporating:
• Change Management
• Process Redesign and Optimisation
• Value Stream Mapping Workshop Facilitation
• Demand and Capacity Planning
• Incident Management
• Training and Competence
• Control Frameworks
• Supplier Management
You will work with a small team of change management professionals to influence change through others in support of an operation of 400+ people across multiple centres in onshore and offshore operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Lean Six Sigma Change / CI professional with demonstrable change management skills and experience and a track record of having successfully led a complex change program in a shared services environment. You will preferably be Lean Six Sigma certified with a strong record of business coaching and workshop facilitation (Kaizen etc). You will have the ability to proactively build and maintain strong internal strategic networks with senior management and Exec level stakeholders and can get quickly up to speed on our various technology offerings as they apply to process improvement. Experience within either a Finance environment, the Financial Services sector or Consulting is preferred.
