Working within a dedicated and busy team, you will be responsible for batching and keying invoices, maintaining audit trails and reconciling with supplier statements. Full training is provided, and any experience in office administration, particularly in accounts/payroll, would be beneficial

You have;

  • Demonstrable administrative and organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with documents
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
