Purchase Ledger Assistant | Edinburgh City Centre | Up to £25,000 Pro rata | Temporary Role
Change Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a market leading IT business based in Edinburgh City Centre who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their growing team on a temporary basis, initially for 4 months. This role, due to current requirements within the team, may lead to permanency thereafter.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to work within a fast paced and dynamic business where communication, organisation and team work are all vital to achieving goals.
You will be working in a team where the ability to process invoices efficiently and accurately is vital and previous experience in a similar role is essential.
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger professional with experience in the following areas:
· Processing high volumes of purchase ledger invoices
· Matching, batching and coding invoices
· Dealing with and resolving any queries efficiently
· Paying invoices on planned payment dates
· Communicating effectively and clearly with suppliers
· Carrying out month end duties specifically for the purchase ledger
· Provide a rapid efficient and employee friendly expenses payment service via the purchase ledger or independently of the purchase ledger as required
· Providing excellent levels of customer service
