Anderson Knight client a well established service sector company based in the Renfrewshire area seek to recruit a purchase ledger clerk on a permanent basis to cater for ongoing expansion within the team 

Main duties for this role are:

  • High volume invoice processing
  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices 
  • Dealing with invoice discrepancies 
  • Payment runs by BACS and cheques
  • Dealing with customer queries 
  • Processing expenses 
  • Account reconciliations

To be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 2 years previous purchase ledger experience, have excellent communications skills and have the ability to work as part of a team
