Are you looking for a new challenge? Anderson Knight are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Renfrewshire for a well known organisation.

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Clerk the main duties of the role will be:

  • process high volumes of supplier invoices
  • Supplier queries by email and telephones
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Running weekly payments
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Assist the Purchase Ledger Supervisor in ad hoc tasks

The main requirements for this role will be:

  • Previous experience within a busy finance department
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own inititive
  • Strong organisational skills are imperative
  • Team Player
