Are you looking for a new challenge? Anderson Knight are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Renfrewshire for a well known organisation.
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Clerk the main duties of the role will be:
- process high volumes of supplier invoices
- Supplier queries by email and telephones
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Running weekly payments
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Assist the Purchase Ledger Supervisor in ad hoc tasks
The main requirements for this role will be:
- Previous experience within a busy finance department
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work on own inititive
- Strong organisational skills are imperative
- Team Player
