James Strang Ltd is a multi-discipline Fencing and Civil Engineering Company based in Denny, Falkirk, with contracts throughout Scotland. Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking to recruit a part time admin/accounts assistant to join our well-established accounts team.
The vacancy is for all day Monday and Thursday weekly but flexibility for additional hours would be desirable.
- Processing of weekly timesheets and carrying through to conclusion of payment
- Assisting with purchase and sales ledger processing
- Bank reconciliation
- Reception cover
- Generally assistance within the accounts department
- Excellent communication skills written and oral English
- Good IT and Microsoft Office Skills
- Prepared to work hard on repetitive tasks
- Previous payroll experience
- Previous SAGE 200 and SAGE 50 experience
- Have own transport due to the location of the business
- Experience working in a similar environment
