HR Consultancy has been appointed by our prestigious client, to recruit a hard-working and ambitious Payroll Administrator. This role is suited to someone experienced working within a high volume payroll environment and dealing with multiple different clients-within a Chartered Accountancy firm or Bureau. 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Processing weekly, monthly and fortnightly payroll
  • Dealing with maternity; sick pay; deductions and auto enrolment
  • Handling queries and advising clients accordingly
  • Processing year end payrolls including P35’s
  • Ensuring that all deadlines are met
  • Updating internal system with important and confidential information
  • Completing all administration in a timely manner and to a high standard

Experience & qualifications:

  • Have previous experience processing payroll for multiple different clients
  • Be IT literate; good knowledge of Microsoft Office and payroll systems
  • Be experienced working with multiple payrolls and different deadlines
  • Be client focused in your attitude to work
