Finance Assistant (Maternity Cover)

The applicants must be able to work to tight time scales under minimal supervision. 

All round finance assistant who can hit the ground running.  Sage Payroll experience essential for weekly & Monthly payroll processing.  Must be able to cover a range of financial tasks and liaise with Managers across the business.

 Must be proficient in Excel & Sage. Other Finance duties would include the following:

  • Expenses Processing, Petty cash & Travel Card Control.
  • Daily Bank Transaction Processing
  • ERP Processing of Purchase Ledger
  • ERP Processing of Sales Ledger
  • Order Book Maintenance
  • Cash/Bank Reconciliation
  • Weekly Overtime & Labour Recovery
  • PAYE/NI Processing
  • Pension Scheme
  • Timesheet Processing
  • Payment Runs
  • Sage Payroll
