We are looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our busy finance team. Duties for this role include;

  • Raising high volume Customer quotations/invoices through Sage Line 50.
  • Dealing with any customer queries and raising appropriate credits.
  • Updating and reconciling various Month End Debtors reports using Microsoft Excel.

To succeed within this role, applicants will require;

  • Experience of working in a fast paced Finance office
  • Excellent Verbal communication skills.
  • Effective planning and organising.
  • Working on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage Line 50.

Salary would be dependant on experience. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm.
