Main Duties will include:
> Raising Invoices (& Credits)
> Customer payment queries
> Debtors Control (Credit Control)
> Application Debtors Control
> Intercompany transactions
> Assisting with the continous improvement of the process
> Able to generate management information
> Ad hoc duties
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
> Full customer payments process
> To provide support to the finance function
> Accountable to the Senior Finanace Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
> 3 years minimum Sales Ledger experience
> Good communication skills
> Demonstrates patience and understanding
> Working practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
> 3 years minimum expereince in using financial applications
> Focused and dedicated with a good attention to detail.
> Experience within an engieering environment
> HNC in Accounting or other business related discipline
> Current UK Driving Licence
Hours of work for this role will be Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm.
