Finance Administrator

As part of a growing team this post will initially be offered on a temporary basis with the intention of becoming permanent.

Acre Industrial Services are a leading company in the Industrial Services Sector.

In order to support our continued growth we require to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator for our busy Head Office near Houston, Renfrewshire.

To be considered for this role you must be an experienced financial or operations administrator, be comfortable with Sage Line 50 and have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will be experienced within the industrial services sector or a similar process or contract based environment.

A typical day will include

  • Processing invoices
  • Checking operators time sheets
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Preparing job sheets
  • Recording fuel usage
  • Assisting with payroll

In return we offer a salary of between £18,500 and £21,500, life insurance and pension.

Please note that due to our location it is essential that you have your own transport for which free parking is available on site.

The role will initially be Monday to Friday normal office hours but is expected to move to 4 days on / 4 days off in due course.
