This post offers an exciting opportunity to promote the activities of the Scottish Health Council within the NHS Grampian area. Working with relevant stakeholders (including health and social care partnerships), you will develop productive working relationships with local public and patient representative bodies to promote public involvement in health and social care. You will also facilitate effective assessment of the NHS Board's Patient Focus & Public involvement activities and work collaboratively to promote improvement. Ideally, you will have public involvement and supervisory experience, excellent oral and written communication skills and enjoy working as part of a small team. You will be prepared to travel to remote and rural areas as well as to other locations within Scotland. The Grampian office is based at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Aberdeen.
