Hudson Office Support are currently seeking a Receptionist for a temporary opportunity based in the Aberdeen area. This role is a short term temporary contract that requires an immediate start.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy reception area
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and directing as appropriate
- Sorting all incoming and outgoing mail, dealing with couriers and other deliveries
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
