Hudson Office Support are currently seeking a Receptionist for a temporary opportunity based in the Aberdeen area. This role is a short term temporary contract that requires an immediate start.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy reception area
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and directing as appropriate
  • Sorting all incoming and outgoing mail, dealing with couriers and other deliveries
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
