Our client who are based South of the City are looking to recruit a Financial Administrator/Sales Support to join their company on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be immediately available.
Duties Will Include:
- Answering telephone and dealing with customer enquiries
- Processing online orders- Booking of delivery with courier companies
- Providing after-sales support by telephone and email
- Source New Business opportunities
- Taking responsibility to investigate issues to a satisfactory conclusion and communicating the result to the customer.
- Accountable for all admin tasks to be completed accurately and on time, including; refunds, returns, customer escalations etc.
- Liaison with Ebay and Amazon seller support to resolve customer issues/complaints, resolve product listing issues.
- Liaison with courier companies, resolving parcel delivery issues including filing claims for lost parcels.
- Monitor and reply customer feedback across all marketplaces.
- Process daily customer orders and returns ensuring all order and returns are processed within required time lines.
- Update stock management sheet
- Other relevant miscellaneous duties as required
- Reconciliation of bank accounts & card statements
- Payroll & pension processing
- Preparation of month end accounts
- Vat returns
- Good spoken and written English
- Experience in office admin
- IT literate, including MS Excel, Outlook & Word
- Experience in eBay/Online sales would be advantageous
