Our client who are based South of the City are looking to recruit a Financial Administrator/Sales Support to join their company on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be immediately available.

Duties Will Include:

  • Answering telephone and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Processing online orders- Booking of delivery with courier companies
  • Providing after-sales support by telephone and email
  • Source New Business opportunities
  • Taking responsibility to investigate issues to a satisfactory conclusion and communicating the result to the customer.
  • Accountable for all admin tasks to be completed accurately and on time, including; refunds, returns, customer escalations etc.
  • Liaison with Ebay and Amazon seller support to resolve customer issues/complaints, resolve product listing issues.
  • Liaison with courier companies, resolving parcel delivery issues including filing claims for lost parcels.
  • Monitor and reply customer feedback across all marketplaces.
  • Process daily customer orders and returns ensuring all order and returns are processed within required time lines.
  • Update stock management sheet
  • Other relevant miscellaneous duties as required
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts & card statements
  • Payroll & pension processing
  • Preparation of month end accounts
  • Vat returns

Skills Required:

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Experience in office admin
  • IT literate, including MS Excel, Outlook & Word
  • Experience in eBay/Online sales would be advantageous
